Welcome to Zen Intention Massage & Bodywork! It is my honor to welcome you to my little slice of Heaven on Earth. I’ve been dreaming for years of establishing my own practice, and with the help of my friends at Techspresso and Paradigm Leaders, my dream has become a reality.  My name is Amanda Plummer, and I have studied the art and science of Massage Therapy since 2004. Originally from Ohio, I studied at the SHI Integrative School of Medical Massage, and earned my license in 2006. My focus has been on treating deep tissue needs, prenatal massage care, and revitalizing spa treatments.  I moved to the Emerald Coast in 2021 and transferred my license here in 2022. You may notice I have an interesting booking schedule… with my heart and passion for helping others, I also work as a Fire and EMS dispatcher for Bay County. It allows me the ability to pursue my desire to uphold my own practice while providing stability to my family. Doing both things that I love definitely keeps me busy and keeps my inner squirrels entertained while avoiding the burnout that comes from doing too much of even a good thing.  I have a wonderful husband, two darling children, a couple of fur-babies, and a deep love of all things beach, sun, sand, and nature.
